Bay Area Pet Expo - Participant Feedback

The Bay Area Pet Expo was a very successful event for our business. Not only did we meet lots of potential new customers - active and committed pet parents that make great customers, but our sales at the expo more than covered the cost of our booth. It's an absolute win-win, like perfectly targeted advertising that pays for itself and then some! On top of all that, the Expo was well organized, easy to prep for with day before set-up, and it was FUN!! We booked our booth for the next Bay Area Pet Expo the day of the event and we are looking forward to it.

The Bay Pet Expo surpassed Muttville’s expectations this year. We adopted out four dogs because of our exposure at the event. There was never a moment we didn't have visitors at our booth and generally there was a very long line of folks clamoring to see the dogs. We appreciated the extra space allotted for rescues and it helped in our placing 21 dogs in one day.

Although early-on I was skeptical of how this event would turn out, it truly exceeded my expectations! The event coordination team was great, the booth location super (right next to Splash Dogs) and we hit the ground running at 10:00 a.m. and never stopped until the day came to a close at 6:00 p.m.! I don't know the official count, but attendance seemed to be super steady all day long. By the time I got home, I had no voice left, but felt warmed by the thought of spending the day making great contacts and being surrounded by like-minded people who love their animals as I do. Thanks Bay Area Pet Expo-- we'll be back next year!

The experience that Pug Snuggly By YOGI had at the Bay Area Pet Expo was nothing less than excellent. We were very pleased with the location, the atmosphere (nice warm building), decoration of the booth area, the great crowds and the friendly, helpful staff. We made some great new connections too! We are not from the immediate area, so we had to drive a bit. The easy-to-get-to location and closeby unloading area, made this trip very simple. The Bay Area has a high concentration of pet owners and we’ve waited for years for someone to launch a professional show for the market. Bay Area Pet Expo was a home run! Amazing Pet Expos did a great job of marketing through local social networking and email blasts to bring in the traffic. Attendees seemed please with what they saw at the show, the rescue groups placed many pets and the other exhibitors I talked to were happy with the results. Count us in for 2012!

We, Pug Rescue of Sacramento (PROS), had an exhibitor booth at the 2012 Bay Area Pet Expo. It was such a well organized and well planned event. There were thousands of attendees and our booth experienced a steady flow of traffic throughout the day. This event was a great way for us to bring recognition to our rescue as well as educate attendees on the Pug breed. Although there is a booth fee, it is an affordable fee and I highly recommend this event to any rescue. It was so worth the money and time spent that we have already signed up for next year!

The 2012 Bay Area Pet Expo was amazing! I was very impressed with not only how many people arrived, but they came with their pets and ready to buy things!
